Already I have noticed the app store and Youtube changing on my Nexus One seemingly in preparation for the 2.3 OTA launch. It will be interesting to see when Gingerbread finally rolls out.

My Nexus One just updated to 2.2.2 this evening. Seems like there are a lot of people who are not happy with the 2.3 delays for the N1. It's interesting that the N1 is Google's internal testing handests and all the new Samsung Handsets are shipping with 2.3.

My phone updated to 2.3 quite some time ago and I am suffering from the battery drain issue that many other users are experiencing.

Google closed this bug as not an Android issue even though the bug only appeared after the upgrade to 2.3. Needless to say there are a lot of people that are less than pleased with this.
First big 2.3 update. Hopefully the battery problem will go away. So far so good though.
